Redwood trees ranging from 50 years (“Young Growth”) to more than 200 years (“Old Growth”) in age. In general, grain
density and color differ with age and the older the tree the longer the manufacturer’s warranty (however with simple maintenance, it’s all
made to last a lifetime - even under commercial conditions).
Regardless of age, all lumber is cut and milled Extra-Thick (up to 50% thicker than standard boards) so it looks, feels and is … extremely
sturdy and durable. Assembly hardware is 100% stainless steel. Ships flat packed.

Lighthouse Bench Dimensions and Weight Limitations
Trim-board around the perimeter of each bench is 3 3/4"H and 3/4"W. The framing structure is made from 1 3/4" thick boards; slats are 1 3/4" by 1 3/4". The Lighthouse benches are rated to easily withstand over 400 lbs of total weight. If you require additional reinforcment, let us know.
